There are many variations of the Midmark M9. Please make sure this part fits your machine.

This part fits models M9-001 to M9-019 with Serial Number prefixes CZ, DA, DB, DX, DY, FD & OM

• PC board performance verified and tested (Quality Control test printout included with each board)

• 90 Day Warranty

• Please Note: This PC Board Does Not include the Mounting Bracket. When shipping your non-operation PC Board, do not include your Mounting Bracket. You will need your Mounting Bracket to install the refurbished PC Board!

PC Board Exchange Program (Required for this Purchase)

• When you place an order for this PC Board, we will place a “hold” on the order and contact you via email with instructions. We will provide a pre-paid shipping label. Once your non-operational PC Board has been received and found to be in reasonable condition without burn holes, we will complete your order and ship you a refurbished PC Board.

• Before shipping a non-operational PC Board, please read the “Troubleshooting Guide to Protect Your Replacement PC Board” section in the pamphlet below.

• The PC Board must be in reasonable condition without burn holes and must include the Mounting Bracket. If you do not have the mounting bracket, please contact us. We can accept the board, but there will be an additional $25 charge.
