Sterilant Cassette

The Sterrad® 100NX utilizes a proprietary low-temperature hydrogen peroxide gas plasma technology for terminal sterilization of medical devices. These easily loaded cassettes are designed to deliver a predefined quantity of hydrogen peroxide for each cycle to effectively achieve sterilization. To help ensure operator safety and avoid sterilant leakage, each Sterrad® 100NX Sterilant Cassette is a closed system. Every cassette is individually wrapped and uniquely bar-coded, and includes an external leak monitor to detect any leakage during transportation. They can be shipped via ground or air.

WARNING: Sterrad® 100NX Cassettes contain Concentrated Hydrogen Peroxide which is a strong oxidizer. Concentrated Hydrogen Peroxide is corrosive to skin, eyes, nose, throat, lungs, and gastrointestinal tract. Wear chemical resistant latex, vinyl (pvc), or nitrile gloves when handling used cassettes or ejected cassettes, items from a canceled cycle, or items that have moisture present after a completed cycle. Do not use or remove plastic wrap if leak indicator has changed from yellow to red.
