Midmark-Ritter® exam tables have a main model number (405 in this case) and a sub-model extension.  For example, model Evolution 405-003.  You must check the main model number, the extension, and the serial number below to see if the part is a fit for your exam table.  There is often a range of sub-models that it fits.

• Fits serial numbers with prefixes LE, LF, LG, and V
